Welcome to Day 5 of the 5-Day Bedtime Yoga Challenge!
This is it—the final day of our journey together! We’ll wrap up the challenge with my personal favorite yoga flow for beginners. This 15-minute session is the perfect way to close out the week and reflect on the progress you’ve made.
Relaxation & Balance
One of the highlights of this session is the Crescent Moon Pose. Not only is it wonderful for stretching the hips and lengthening the sides of your body, but it also helps improve balance and promotes better rest at night.
