Earth Salutations for Hormonal Balance | Yoga for Women’s Health

During one of my recent Yoga classes, a participant shared something that made me smile.

She said she had searched online for the Earth Salutations we practiced in class — but couldn’t find anything even close to it.

And that’s when I realized…
of course she couldn’t. Because this version of the Earth Salutation is a unique Karmaburn Yoga sequence. 🌿

A Flow Designed Especially for Women

The traditional Earth Salutation has been practiced for centuries to ground energy and honor the connection between the body and nature.
But the version we do at Karmaburn Yoga has been adapted to support women’s hormonal balance and well-being.

Over the years, working closely with gynecologists and women’s health professionals allowed to create a sequence that gently stimulates the endocrine system, balances energy, and supports natural hormone regulation — while staying calming and nurturing for the nervous system.

It’s a practice that helps you feel grounded, calm, and connected to your inner rhythm.
